Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic (US):
- Standard Shipping — Free on orders $70+
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 on orders under $70
- Express Shipping — $15.00
International:
- Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
Dropshipping Notice Our products are fulfilled by independent suppliers through Shopify Collective. This means your order may ship from multiple locations if you've ordered from different product categories. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
