Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Because our products are fulfilled by independent suppliers, return eligibility may vary by item. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return process with your specific supplier.

How to Start a Return Email us at switchuser15@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — either a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Personal care and skincare products are final sale for hygiene reasons.
